Thank you for shopping with Tiny Tusks. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays
- Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- South Africa: 3–7 business days
Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and destination.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location
- Free shipping may be offered on selected items or promotions
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email
- Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to reflect
5. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Courier delays
- Unexpected external factors
Ubuntu Frontier is not liable for delays outside of our control but will assist where possible.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be guaranteed for recovery
7. Lost or Missing Packages
- If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact the courier first
- Ubuntu Frontier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
- We will assist in investigations where possible
8. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a resolution where applicable.
9. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages to ensure faster delivery.
