Refund policy

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required


3. Product-Specific Conditions

Clothing:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors (e.g. perfume, deodorant, smoke)
  • Returns without original tags will be rejected

Electronics:

  • Items must be returned in original packaging with all components
  • Products must not show signs of misuse, damage, or tampering

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personal care/hygiene items
  • Custom or personalized products

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns

8. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


9. Abuse & Fraud Protection (Strict Policy)

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of:

  • Excessive or repeated return requests
  • Returning used, worn, or altered items
  • Suspected fraud or policy abuse
  • Chargeback threats or misuse of buyer protection systems

Accounts flagged for abuse may be restricted or permanently blocked from future purchases.
